Course 1: From Pregnancy to Parenthood

is an educational course to prepare you before your baby arrives.

If you are pregnant and wondering what you don’t know yet, then this is the course for you.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

  • Why what happens during your pregnancy is important: such as how breech position, reduced fetal movement, c-sections, or NICU stays can impact a baby’s feeding, breathing, and motor development.

  • How to recognize early red flags in newborns: including head shape changes, tongue tie, feeding challenges, and asymmetries—that may require further support.

  • Understand your baby's first experiences: skin-to-skin, first latch, tummy time, sensory regulation, reflexes, and bonding.

  • Learn the basics of tummy time: including step by step instructions and why it helps your baby be a better eater.

  • Build an action plan and support team: by learning who to call, when to seek help, and how to advocate confidently for your baby’s needs.

  • Prepare for “what-if” scenarios: so you feel proactive, not reactive, when unexpected challenges arise.

Now, you don’t have to be. This parent-education course includes 7 easy to follow modules, including a BONUS tummy time demonstration.

Course 2: Your baby has a tongue-tie, now what?

is an educational course to guide you through exactly what to do after your baby has been diagnosed with a tongue or lip tie.

Parents are often told surgery is the only option — but that’s rarely true without a full functional plan.

This course walks you through the exact steps to make informed, confident decisions for your baby’s feeding and recovery.

Step 1: Understand how your baby’s mouth, tongue, and body work together — it’s more than just breastfeeding.
Step 2: Learn how to build the right support team (OT, IBCLC, bodywork, dentist) so you’re not rushing to surgery.
Step 3: If surgery is needed, know what to expect and how to support healing with proper wound-care routines.
Step 4: Explore key factors that influence when or whether to do surgery — timing truly matters.
Step 5 (Bonus): Get answers to the most common myths, questions, and roadblocks parents face along the way.
