Welcome and thank you for trusting us as your source of support for your baby. Here at The Center for Infant Tethered Oral Ties [CITOT], our mission is to partner with your family and provide adequate information, simple resources, and quality therapy.
Having a baby with a tongue tie, feeding difficulties, or developmental delays can be quite overwhelming, especially for first-time parents. Although the internet offers a wealth of information, searching for the right support for your baby can be daunting. Our goal is to be the starting point to pre-build your team, develop an effective treatment plan, and create functional and meaningful outcomes for both your baby and family.
Listening to our families is at the heart of the Center’s mission. Your village starts here.

We provide support with pre and post- oral motor frenectomy therapy, including collaborating with your baby’s IBCLC for breastfeeding and/or bottle-feeding.
We ensure that your baby is functionally meeting developmental milestones, in collaboration with your baby’s physical therapist, chiropractor, CST, or osteopath.
We assess your baby’s oral anatomy to establish proper oral posture for optimal lip seal, nasal breathing, and sleep quality, together with your baby’s pediatric dentist, ENT, pediatrician, and/or sleep educator.
